INKSTER (WWJ) -- Six teenagers were apprehended by Michigan State Police after leading troopers on a chase through Inkster in a stolen vehicle.
Troopers attempted to stop the Dodge Charger around 4:00 p.m. Thursday afternoon, when the 16-year-old driver took off.
The chase continued for several minutes, heading onto Michigan Avenue near Beech Daly. When troopers finally stopped the car, two teens ran off but were quickly stopped and apprehended.
Police say the teens are between 14 and 16-years-old. One had an active felony warrant out of Washtenaw County for possession of a stolen car.
The incident remains under investigation.
