(WWJ) An investigation is underway in Macomb Township after a body was found outside a hospital.
The Macomb County Sheriff's Office said the body of and adult Black male was discovered Tuesday at Ascension St. John Hospital, on Romeo Plank Rd. near 23 Mile Rd.
The sheriff's office said the death is considered suspicious.
No further details about this case have been released as the investigation is in the early stages.
