DETROIT (WWJ) -- Detroit police officials say a 15-year-old girl who was reported missing over the weekend has been recovered.

Police on Sunday said Mya Watkins left her home on Holcomb at Canfield, in the area of Warren and Gratiot, on the city’s east side. She has last been seen earlier Sunday.

The girl's mother told police she has Bipolar Disorder and Schizophrenia and they were worried about her.

On Monday officials said Mya had been recovered, but offered no other details.
