DETROIT (WWJ) – The search is on for a pair of men who were caught on surveillance camera entering a Detroit liquor store shortly before firing shots at another man earlier this month.

The shooting happened around 6:30 p.m. on June 7 at the store on E. Jefferson Boulevard near Dickerson Avenue on the city’s east side.

The suspects got into a fight with a 35-year-old man inside the store and then went outside to get a gun from a silver Saturn, according to Detroit police.

They then re-entered the store and one suspect fired shots before both men went back outside and fled in the Saturn

No injuries were reported during the incident. Detroit police officials didn’t specify whether the victim was an employee at the store.
