(WWJ) Detroit police are searching for a gunman wanted in a double shooting on the city's east side.
It happened shortly after 11:30 p.m. Wednesday, in the 10400 block of Cadieux near Morang, according to investigators.
Police said two men were sitting in a parked white 2004 Yukon SUV when the gunman approached and fired multiple shots, striking both of them.
One victim, a 35-year-old man, was taken to a local hospital by police officers in critical condition. The other victim, a 28-year-old man, was hospitalized in stable condition.
A motive for the shooting in unknown, as police said circumstances surrounding the incident are still being investigated.
There is no description of the shooter at this time.
