DETROIT (WWJ) -- Tips are wanted in the case of a 29-year-old man who has been missing for more than two months.
According to Detroit police, Raphael Lowe left a relative's home, in the 1000 block of Howard, at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 13.
Lowe is described as a Black male, 5'1" tall and weighing around 140 lbs., with black hair, brown eyes and a full beard.
He was last seen wearing all black clothing with black, blue and yellow Nike gym shoes.
According to a family member, Lowe suffers from mental illness.
