EASTPOINTE (WWJ) — A security guard at Eastpointe High School is facing felony charges after allegedly having sex with a student.

Darieon Craig Lamar Webster of Detroit was arraigned on two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct, the Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office announced Thursday.

The 26-year-old allegedly had sex with a student at the school on Tuesday, Oct. 16. The sheriff’s office did not release the student’s age.

Authorities have not released any other information about the alleged sexual encounter, including whether it happened on school property.

Webster’s bond was set at $150,000 cash/surety. If released, he will be ordered to wear a steel GPS tether.

He would also be prohibited from having contact with minors and accessing the internet.

"This is a serious breach of trust and responsibility. When someone in a position of authority abuses that trust, it harms not only the victim but the entire community," Prosecutor Pete Lucido said in a press release.

Webster’s next court date is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 30.
