Grosse Pointe Woods bank robbery suspect on the loose after stealing drawer of cash

GROSSE POINTE WOODS (WWJ) -- Authorities are looking for the man who robbed a Grosse Pointe Woods bank.

The man entered Flagstar Bank on Friday at 9:15 a.m. and told the teller to give him all the money in the cash drawer. The teller complied.

The man left the location in a gray Ford Eco Sport. He was heading west on Allard.

The suspect is described as a Black man, who is bald with glasses. He was last seen wearing a black zip-up hoodie, blue jeans and a blue face mask. He is said to be approximately 40 to 50 years of age.

The driver of the vehicle is unknown.
