TROY, Mich. (WWJ) -- A Lake Orion man is facing charges after allegedly taking a picture of another man inside a bathroom at the Somerset Collection in Troy.

Troy police say they were called to the mall at 2800 West Big Beaver Road around 4:10 p.m. on June 17 on the report of a fight in progress.

Somerset Collection Security officers were the first to arrive on-scene and stopped the altercation, separating the two men involved.

When officers were able to determine the victim, whose name or age have not been released, was using the restroom inside the mall when he noticed something strange -- he saw a phone being raised above the divider between the stalls several times, using it to take pictures of the man's exposed genitals.

Police say the victim grabbed the suspect's phone and demanded the suspect come out of the stall, which he refused.

The victim left the bathroom and waited outside until the suspect came out. When he finally walked out, the victim began punching him.

Responding officers were able to view the suspect's phone and found he had used it to take photos of the victim.

The 28-year-old Lake Orion man was arrested and has been charged with two counts -- one of using a computer in the commission of a crime and one of capturing an image of an unclothed person.
