(WWJ) Detroit Police are searching for suspects who opened fire on a group of people on Tuesday, killing a man and wounding three others.
Investigators say it happened at around 5:45 p.m., in the the 6100 block of Lodewyck St., in the area of Moross and I-94 on the city's east side.
A preliminary investigation found that unknown suspects in a black vehicle fired shots striking four victims — including a man in his 20s who was fatally wounded.
Police said two other victims, a 22-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman, were taken to a local hospital stable condition. The fourth, a 47-year-old man, was grazed by a bullet and refused medical treatment at scene.
Other details, including why these victims may have been targeted, other circumstances surrounding the shooting remain under investigation.
