Police looking for man wanted for home invasions at Grosse Pointe Farms senior living facility

GROSSE POINTE FARMS (WWJ) -- Police in Wayne County are seeking info from the community in identifying a suspect who is wanted for home invasions at a senior living facility.

At approximately 1:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 2, the suspect entered Cottage Hospital ER at 161 Kercheval Ave. in Grosse Pointe Farms.

The suspect, who is described as a white male in his 20s, took the elevator to the 3rd floor, or the Memory Care Unit of American House senior living apartments.

He then entered three separate unlocked apartments -- one being occupied at the time. The suspect exited through the north side of the building.
