(WWJ) Detroit Police are asking for the public's help to make sure a missing 16-year-old boy gets home safe.
John Meaders, Jr. let his home in the 6000 block of Harrell, in the area of I-94 and Conner St. in Detroit, on Tuesday, Aug. 3, at around 11 a.m.
He has not been seen or heard from since that time, police said.
Meaders was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black jeans with a green design on it, a black belt and black Nike flip flops.
According to the family, the teen suffers from multiple medical conditions.
