She is charged with the following:

- Three counts of Aggravated Possession of Child Sexually Abusive Material, which is a felony punishable by 10 years in prison for each count.

- One count of Possession of Child Sexually Abusive Material, a felony punishable by four years in prison

- One count of Using a Computer to Commit a Crime (related to Possession of Child Sexually Abusive Material), a felony punishable by four to 10 years in prison.

“Those who possess this material contribute to a cycle of abuse, and we will not hesitate to pursue charges to protect vulnerable children and seek justice on their behalf,” said Lucido, in a statement.

Bond was set at $100,000 cash/surety, no 10%, at Rix's arraignment June 16 in 41B District Court. If she is released on bond, Rix was ordered to have no contact with any minor children, no internet or computer use, and she must wear a GPS tether.
