PONTIAC (WWJ) — The search is on for a pair of teens who ran away from Oakland County Children's Village.
The teens were last seen at the juvenile detention facility around 8:40 p.m. Sunday, according to the Oakland County Sheriff's Office.
Marc Anthony Campos-Maldonado, 16, and Kamarion Amir Johnson, 15, both have ties to Pontiac, while Campos-Maldonado has ties to Auburn Hills.
Officials said Tuesday the teens are "wanted for criminal violations," but did not release any further details.
Campos-Maldonado is described as about 5-foot-7, 150 lbs., with long black hair and brown eyes. Johnson is said to be 5-foot-7, 160 lbs.
Both teens were last seen wearing a white shirt and blue plaid pajama pants, according to the sheriff's office.
Authorities are asking anyone who has seen either teen or knows something about their whereabouts to call the Oakland County Sheriff's Office at 248-858-4950.
