ROYAL OAK TOWNSHIP (WWJ) - Police are seeking assistance from the public to help find an endangered 31-year-old man who disappeared after walking away from a group home in Oakland County on Thursday.
Michigan State Police said they are searching for Dallas Walton, 31, who was reported missing after he was last seen walking away from his group home at 21412 Reimanville Ave. in Royal Oak Township around 8:00 p.m. on Thursday night.
Troopers said Walton is diagnosed with a medical condition which requires him to take medication that he did not take with him. The 31-year-old also has diminished mental capacity and is non-verbal, state police added.
Walton is described by police as an African American male who stands 5' 2" tall and weighs 130 lbs. He has back hair and brown eyes. He has no known identifying marks or tattoos
He was last seen wearing unknown colored pajama pants, a red t-shirt and white FILA sneakers.
