ANN ARBOR (WWJ) - Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances that led to a shooting outside an Ann Arbor home over the weekend.

The Ann Arbor Police Department said officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of Kensington Drive, near Packard and Stadium Boulevard, just before midnight on Saturday, March 16, on reports of gunfire outside a home.

Police arrived at the scene and found several shots had been fired, but no one had been injured in the incident.

"At this time, detectives believe this was an isolated incident and not a random act," the department stated in a press release.

An investigation into the shooting remains ongoing. Investigators are asking anyone with information to give them a call at (734) 794.6939 or email tips@a2gov.org
