ST. CLAIR, Mich. (WWJ) -- Two young people have confessed to vandalizing the bathroom facilities at the St. Clair Little League field, after investigators got some help from the community.
Officers with the St. Clair Police Department responded to a call about property damage report at the park, located on Fred Moore Highway, shortly before 3 p.m. last Sunday.

Damage done to the bathrooms, both inside and out is pictured.

Investigating officers reviewed security camera footage from the complex and identified two persons of interest.
The video, captured around 9 p.m. on Saturday, May 30, showed two people wearing masks walking through the park grounds.
About an hour after the St. Clair Little League posted photos and information on social media, community members came forward with tips that helped police identify the suspects.
St. Clair Police Chief Don Ennis said his department quickly on the citizen leads, questioned the young suspects, identified by police as "juvenile males," and they confessed.
Police did not share any further information about the suspects, including their ages.
And it's unclear if they'll face charges.
The St. Clair Little League board is currently gathering repair estimates to determine the exact cost of the damages. Once finalized, the board will decide whether to pursue formal criminal charges or seek financial restitution from the juveniles' families.
According to police, this marks the second park vandalism case resolved in the past two weeks, following a similar incident at Klecha Park.
Officials credit recently installed park cameras as instrumental in investigating and resolving both public property crimes.
Chief Ennis said, in a statement, "We thank the community for its swift assistance and ongoing commitment to keeping St. Clair parks safe."
