DETROIT (WWJ) -- Can anyone identify this wanted man?
The Detroit Police Department has released a composite sketch of a suspect investigators are looking for in connection with a shooting and robbery on the city's east side.
On Thursday, August 24, police said the two victims pulled up to a location in the 17500 block of Greeley, near I-75, looking to purchase a vehicle that was listed for sale on a social media site.
As the pair sat in their car waiting for the seller, police said two unknown men pulled up in a white 2022 Ford F-350.
One of the suspects got out of the truck, approached the victims and fired shots.
One of the victims, a 32-year-old man, was shot and wounded.
The other victim a 54-year-old woman, wasn't injured, police said,
In a public request for tips, the DPD listed this incident as a robbery, but no information was released about what was stolen from the victims.
There is a $500 cash reward available through Detroit Rewards.TV in this case, as detectives seek tips to identify the suspect.
