ST. CLAIR COUNTY (WWJ) -- A teenager is dead and two toddlers are critically injured after a crash in St. Clair County on Thursday.
The St. Clair County Sheriff's Office said that around 1:05 p.m., a 27-year old woman from Warren and a 15-year old from Emmett were killed when a car they were in crashed into an SUV along M-19, just north of I-69.
A 3-year-old boy that was inside the car was taken to the hospital and is listed in critical condition.
A female driver and a one-year old in the SUV are also in critical condition.
Investigators are still trying to determine which vehicle crossed the center line, causing the crash.
