DETROIT (WWJ) -- The U.S. Marshals Service Detroit Fugitive Apprehension Team is seeking the public's help for information that will lead to the arrest of a wanted child rapist.
Kevin Dwayne Bailey, 31, is wanted on a multi-count felony warrant for criminal sexual conduct issued by the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office, after he allegedly sexually assaulted and impregnated a minor.
Bailey is accused of assaulting the minor over a period of several years.
According to officials, he would use physical violence or threaten to harm her family members if she didn't allow him to rape her.
The victim later became pregnant, said authorities.
Officials said that once Bailey became aware that a police report had been filed, he continued to threaten the minor and family members to pressure her into recanting her story and dropping the charges.

According to the U.S. Marshals, Bailey has no known source of income, and believe he is receiving assistance from family or friends.
Authorities say he has numerous ties to Detroit, Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor, with relatives in California, Florida and Tennessee -- where he is known to have traveled.
Bailey is 5'10" tall and weighs approximately 148 lbs.
Anyone with information on Bailey’s whereabouts should contact the U.S. Marshals Service Tip line at 866-865-TIPS (8477) or 313-202-6458.
