Have you seen Aspen? U.P. authorities ask public for help in finding missing 3-year-old girl

Law enforcement in the Upper Peninsula say a 3-year-old girl disappeared Thursday morning and they're now turning to fellow Michiganders for help.

KINROSS TOWNSHIP (WWJ) - Law enforcement in the Upper Peninsula say a 3-year-old girl disappeared Thursday morning and they're now turning to fellow Michiganders for help.

The Chippewa County Central Dispatch said on social media that the young girl went missing in the area of Deer Run Road near M-80 in Kinross Township.

The 3-year-old answers to the name "Aspen." police said.

According to law enforcement, the child was last seen about 10:00 a.m. Thursday.

She is described as a having blonde hair below shoulders and it wearing a green waffle pattern dress that goes past the knees with red leggings -- she is not wearing any shoes.

Authorities asked if anyone has seen Aspen to please call 911 immediately or notify local law enforcement right away.
