$1.5M in fentanyl, pills, meth, coke, cash confiscated a huge bust at Detroit home: cops

DETROIT (WWJ) -- Fentanyl, meth, cocaine, cash and a couple of cars were among the items seized by police during a "major" drug raid this week on Detroit's northwest side.

The Detroit Police Department said officers and the Narcotic Conspiracy Division executed a search warrant at a home in the 18500 block of Dale Street, near W. Grand River Ave. and Telegraph Rd., on Thursday.

One person was arrested at the scene on charges of possession with intent to deliver, possession of felony firearm and felon in possession if a firearm.

From the home, police said officers confiscated the following (value estimates come from the DPD):

Fentanyl – 290.9 grams – street value - $523,620
Cocaine – 1468.2 grams – street value - $587,280
Meth – 236.6 grams – street value - $425,880
Pills – 110 – street value - $2,750
Marijuana – 728.5 grams - street value -$14,570
Currency – $16,059

The total street value of everything above is $1,570,159, police said.

In addition, two vehicles and a handgun were seized.

The name of the person in custody was not immediately released, pending an arraignment on the charges.
