The Atlanta Falcons have already been highly praised for landing tight end Kyle Pitts with the fourth-overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. But now that Pitts is on the field in training camp, early success shows Pitts may be better than previously advertised.

Pitts absolutely went beast-mode Tuesday in a morning session at the Falcons' training facility in Flowery Branch.

The Morning Show host John Fricke captured video Tuesday, which started off with Pitts going in motion and catching a pass on a quick slant route. "[Pitts will be a] matchup nightmare for sure."

Jarvis Davis, producer and Falcons Insider, noted that coaches were lining Pitts up everywhere pre-snap. He imagines Pitts in man-to-man coverage will be a matchup Atlanta seeks out in 2021.

After that, Pitts started showing out. Take a look at video from two touchdown catches. The first a miraculous catch with arms extended over Richie Grant.

Then Pitts comes down with a pass he had to reach for, then Fabian Moreau gets a hand in and pops the ball up. No worries for Pitts who collected himself and secured the ball for a score.

Pitts was highly-hyped before the draft and has done nothing to temper expectations since arriving in Atlanta. If anything, Pitts appears to be over-delivering in camp thus far.
