2020 Voodoo Fest Cancelled!

Another major festival in New Orleans cancels its event due to COVID-19 concerns.

Organizers with the Voodoo Music and Arts Experience announced today that the three-day festival in City Park will no longer happen this year.

Organizers said, “While we are disappointed to share this news, the health and safety of our fans, artists, staff, and community remains our top priority. We look forward to returning in full force on October 29-31, 2021.”

Tickets to the 2020 Voodoo Fest will be honored at the 2021 Voodoo Fest.

2020 ticket holders will also be enrolled in the Voodoo Festival Loyalty Program where they will get a $50 pre-loaded credit on their festival wristbands to purchase food, merchandise and non-alcoholic beverages and automatically enrolled in the Premium Viewing Sweepstakes, for the chance at front of house access to the performer of their choice.

A full refund is also available for the next 30 days only. Below is how you can get your refund. 
  • Visit voodoofestival.frontgatetickets.com and log into your Front Gate Tickets account
  • Select “Order History” under the “Your Account” tab on the top navigation bar
  • Select “View Order Detail” on the order number you wish to have refunded
  • Click the “Request Refund” button at the top of your order details.

Jazz Fest and Essence Fest also announced they're events are canceled.
