Atlanta is hosting the Super Bowl this year, and the mayor there is apparently not going to welcome the Saints and their fans if the Atlanta Falcons' rivals advance to the  big game.

Keisha Lance Bottoms said, "If it can't be the Falcons, then hey as long as it's not the Saints, then I'm happy."

She told These Urban Times that she wants "anybody other than the Saints" to play.

“Just anybody other than the Saints”I spoke with Mayor @keishabottoms on Wednesday at City Hall after she announced @SuperBowlGospel!We spoke on her Super Bowl predictions,What it means to Atlanta’s sports & entertainment scenes to host Super Bowl 53 & more. pic.twitter.com/ml09LZqFUj

The video of her comments on Twitter has drawn many comments from Saints fans.

"The Saints are who you going to see!," one reacted.

Another said, "Too bad. We coming and invite us over to your house to teach you how to cook"

Some posted a gif in response:

And others turned it into a political issue:

"Umm there’s a lot of people born in New Orleans that reside in Atlanta, therefore they vote in Atlanta, Some people take their team seriously!!"

It was estimated that after Hurricane Katrina some 20,000 New Orleans area residents settled in Atlanta.

It was also addressed as an economic issue:

"Maybe she doesn't realize how much money the Who Dat Nation drops in ATL whenever we come to town. Somebody needs to remind her of this fact."
