The latest COVID-19 numbers reflect a more back-to-normal count after software issues on Friday caused a spike in numbers Saturdays as more accurate counts came in.
The count increased by 339 cases since Saturday.
In Orleans Parish that number went up by 19 Jefferson Parish saw a jump of 48 cases overnight.
Six more people have succumb to the disease bringing the total to 2,686.
28,700 people who came down with the infection are presumed to have recovered.
