Lots of "crazy prop bets" being placed on LSU-Clemson game

Bets are being made on who will win between LSU and Clemson in the college championship, but that's not all people are betting on.

Betting the over-and-under on Joe Burrow's passing touchdowns in a game or Trevor Lawrence's passing yards, but it doesn't end there, according to odds consultant, Scott Cooley with Cool Media PR.

"With both teams embodying the Tigers mascot, we put up a prop bet on how many times 'Tigers' will be said by ESPN announcers during the first quarter and right now that is 3 1/2 and people are betting the over," Cooley said.

They're also taking bets on how many times the word Heisman is mentioned because of Joe Burrow.  Cooley says people are also betting on President Trump's apparent visit to the game.

"As we all know the President is a very active tweeter, so they can bet whether or not he will tweet during the game," Cooley said.  "They can also bet on whether Trump will wear a red tie at the game."

Cooley said people are also betting on whether former LSU basketball star Shaquille O'Neal will be shown on television during the broadcast.
