Fat Boy's Pizza in Metairie will be the home of “The Point After” with Bobby Hebert and Kristian Garic this season.
The New York style Pizza restaurant famous for it’s two-foot slices will be the location of the “Cajun Cannon” and Garic’s live show after every Sunday afternoon Saints game starting with this weekend’s 3:25 p.m. matchup against the Los Angeles Rams.
Hebert and Garic will be live from around 6:30 until 9 p.m. and fans can enjoy the game day drink specials Fat Boy’s will offer including $12 buckets of beer, $10 select pitchers and free jello shots for every Saints score.
Fat Boy’s will run those same specials on LSU game days.
“It’s great for Fat Boy’s, it’s great for the WWL listening audience, it’s great for people who want to come and watch “The Point After” because it’s on the way home for so many people,” said Scott Walker of Fat Boy’s “It’s an easy shot down Airline and right off Airline on Metairie road. It’s easy to get to, so I think it’s good for everybody.”
Fat Boy’s is located at 2565 Metairie Road and is open until 11 p.m. on weekends.
