The Krewe of Muses today announced Golden Globe-winning actor Patricia Clarkson will be the 2019 parade's honorary Muse. Clarkson, a New Orleans native, is the first person to be named twice as an honorary Muse. Her first trip in the parade's iconic shoe float was in 2012.
Clarkson is coming off a Golden Globe win in the HBO limited series Sharp Objects. The role also won her a Critic's Choice award.
Clarkson has also won the Emmy award (2002, 2006) and has been nominated for an Academy Award (2004).
Muses rolls Thursday, February 28.
