image

It will be hot and humid today! Chances of rain increase for the Fourth of July holiday.

WWL-TV’s Dave Nussbaum says, “The ridge of high pressure will remain over the eastern Gulf of Mexico today. This will keep the southerly winds over Louisiana. The sea breeze will help set off a few showers and storms this afternoon with some heavy rain. It will be hot and humid with highs in the mid 90s and will feel like 100-105. Tonight will be partly cloudy and muggy with lows in the 70s north and 80s south.”
