Look for partly cloudy skies, very warm temperatures and muggy again today.
"The ridge of high pressure remains in place over the Southeast U.S. It will stay there today and on Friday," said WWL-TV meteorologist Dave Nussbaum. "This means more dry weather, heat and humidity with partly cloudy skies each day."
Great beach weather, too along the coast to the Florida Panhandle over the weekend. Plenty of sunshine through Memorial Day.
