Coronavirus cases increased in Louisiana by 1,482 today. That shows a continued plateau in the number of new cases each day in recent weeks.
The Louisiana Department of Health says another 41deaths were attributed to COVID-19 from Tuesday to Wednesday.
Hospitalizations decreased by 16. Ventilator use dropped by 17.
