New Orleans Police say a man has been arrested for allegedly punching, kicking, and stomping on a 70-year-old man who refused to give him a dollar.
32-year-old Christopher Freeman was booked on counts of simple robbery and simple battery.
The incident happened last week in the Seventh District.
The victim told Freeman he had no cash on him. That's when the alleged beating began.
