Louisiana reported another 87 positive tests for coronavirus cases from last night to this morning.
In the 24 hour period from Thursday morning to Friday morning, there were 199 new cases coming back positive.
There now 479 people confirmed with COVID-19. Patients come from 25 of the 64 parishes in the state.
