New guidelines for film and television work to aid production companies as they return to New Orleans.
The new guidelines from the City will address the safety of filmmakers, crew members, vendors, location owners and residents with regards to protecting crew members from COVID-19 contraction.

The city is requiring all production companies to submit a safety plan of their own for the production work they are looking to perform.
This safety plan will be reviewed by the City and must be approved before a film permit is issued and production work can start.
