New Orleans lifts parking restrictions amid rainfall

With thunderstorms sweeping across southeastern Louisiana and possible sever weather in the forecast through Sunday, the city of New Orleans today lifted restrictions on parking on neutral grounds.

One to two inches of rain could fall in areas on both sides of the lake.
