LSU announced that 9 members of LSU's Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity have been arrested today and booked on hazing-related activities that allegedly happened last fall.

LSU spokesperson Ernie Ballard III said the alleged incidents happened in the fall of 2018.

"This type of behavior is unacceptable and at complete odds with what we expect from our students. It does not belong at LSU," according to the statement from the university.

It's reported that DKE fraternity was removed from LSU's campus in January over allegations of hazing and other violations.

The 9 fraternity members faces charges ranging from misdemeanor criminal hazing to felony false imprisonment and second-degree battery.
