NOPD investigates a double shooting in the Bywater neighborhood.
Police say it happened about 8:26 p.m. Thursday in the 4300 block of St. Claude Avenue. Two men were shot; one had a non-life threatening graze wound. Police did not say the condition of the other victim.
The investigation is ongoing.
