Police in New Orleans arrest 19-year-old Ronjae Steadman in connection with Monday’s double homicide in Algiers which left a man and a 3-year-old child dead.

A female victim was also shot but her condition is not known at this time.
NOPD investigators say Steadman was involved in yesterday’s drive-by shooting in the 2000 block of LeBeouf Street and a warrant for his arrest was issued.
Today, police found and arrested Steadman. He was booked into the Orleans Parish Justice Center this morning for a principal to second-degree murder, illegal possession of stolen things, illegal carrying of a weapon and resisting an officer.
