The New Orleans Police department is looking for the driver of a ridesharing vehicle that a woman says robbed her last month. It happened March 28 in the 1000 block of Loyola Ave.
"The victim believed the vehicle pictured above was a rideshare vehicle she has requested," said police. "The victim entered the vehicle, at which point the driver drove the victim to the wrong location, produced a gun and demanded the victim’s property."
Police say the suspect vehicle is a dark colored 2005-2007 Saturn VUE Suv. Anyone with information is asked to call NOPD First District detectives at (504) 658-6010, or Crimestoppers at (504) 822-1111 or toll free at (877) 903-STOP.
