Parking restriction lifted in New Orleans metro area due to heavy rain and the possibility of flash flooding.
Today’s heavy rain forecast prompted the city to allow vehicles to park on neutral grounds and sidewalks to keep them out of flooded streets.
The parking restrictions will be lifted for the rest of the day.
