WWL-TV’s Dave Nussbuam says, “Tonight will be mostly cloudy and muggy with patchy fog. Lows will be in the lower 60s north and upper 60s south. A mid to upper-level area of high pressure will build over the Gulf of Mexico Thursday and Friday. This will keep us dry with plenty of sunshine.
