Once again, the plan to take down what is left of the partially collapsed Hard Rock Hotel construction site downtown New Orleans.
WWL TV reports that the owners of the property changed course because the demolition company that was going to implode the structure couldn't get needed insurance.
"1031 Canal Development, the group that owns the building, said that the organization that was originally set to do the implosion work - DH Griffin Wrecking - was unable to obtain liability insurance required by the contract," the TV station reported.
The top floors of the building collapsed in October, killing three workers. Remains of two of the men are still trapped in the rubble.
Announced plans for taking down the structure have changed at least four times now.
