With Sunday's game between the Saints and Vikings looming, the Black and Gold are favored by more than a touchdown over Minnesota.
Odds consultant Scott Cooley with Cool Media PR gives us the latest.
"The odds have edged toward the Saints, we have them as an 8 point favorite," says Cooley. "As expected with these 2 teams in the dome on the fast grass, the over and under has gone up 2 points to 49."
And that means a lot of points are expected.
Cooley says the Black and Gold always seem to be a fan favorite.
The Saints have always been kind of a 'public darling' you know a little bit of a Cinderella underdog with them with Drew Brees and Sean Payton so I think there is a lot of America really rooting for them," Cooley said. Cooley says the Saints are 7 to 1 odds to win the Super Bowl and 2½ to 1 to win the conference.
