The New Orleans Police Department needs to speak with three people: Tyrin Toliver, Terrence Pipkins, Quiana Clements. Homicide detectives say the three are not considered suspects, but may have critical information about the killing of a man in the French Quarter last weekend.
It began last Sunday in the 900 block of St. Louis Street around 3:30 am. Officers found a victim suffering with an apparent gunshot wound. Despite being transported by EMS to a hospital the unidentified victim later died.
