
The Tulane Police Department says its officers shot a man wanted for indecent exposure Friday afternoon,
The incident happened around 1:10pm. According to Tulane police, officers attempted to arrest the former contract employee who was wanted for indecent exposure and trespassing after he was spotted on campus.
Cops later arrested the man after he and the child showed up at the hospital. They say he has critical injuries.
Investigators said he had allegedly tresspassed and exposed himself during a previous incident. They saw him today near the school's athletic complext at Ben Weiner Drive and South Claiborne Avenue.
TUPD noted there is no active threat on campus.
