— NFL (@NFL) September 13, 2020Earlier this week the Cincinnati Bengals announced that the former LSU quarterback was named a team captain for the 2020 season.
Burrow, who won the Heisman and led the Tigers to a national championship in 2019, was the first overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft after a record-breaking season in Baton Rouge. While helping LSU to a 15-0 campaign, Burrow set the NCAA single-season record for touchdown passes with 60 scoring throws.
