Pelicans rookie Zion Williamson was given the ESPY award for Best College Athlete Wednesday night.
Williamson's career as a star at Duke University is what positioned him to be taken #1 overall by the Pelicans in the NBA Draft.
Williamson beat out Heisman-winning Oklahoma football star and fellow #1-overall draft choice Kyler Murray, Oregon women's hoops star Sabrina Ionescu, and UCLA softballer Rachel Garcia.
