Marianne Williamson, Democratic candidate for President in 2020, has been a big supporter of the payment of reparations. In fact, she proposed $200 to $500 billion dollar plan to be disbursed over a 20 year period. An esteemed council of African-American leaders would determine how this money would be distributed. Candidate Williamson says as President she would propose more than a deeper understanding between the races…obviously, a financial one…as well as a spiritual one exhibited by a prayer she authored in 2016.
