The Saints now have a franchise record 11 players on this year's Pro Bowl roster. Running back Alvin Kamara was added to his 3 straight All-Star game, replacing Christian McCaffery of the Carolina Panthers, who is unable to take part due to injury.

This past season, Kamara totaled 171 carries for 797 yards with five touchdowns and finished third in the NFL among RBs in catches with 81 grabs for 533 yards and one score . AK joins Deuce McAllister as only the second Saints to have three consecutive seasons of at least 1,300 total yards from scrimmage.
